So, who am I?
My name is Hanna, and I’m 47 years old. I’ve been training in the gym for over 10 years. I started with a personal trainer and, over time, developed my own workout routine that suits my body and helps me avoid injuries.
Fitness has given me confidence and helped me reconnect with my body. It’s my way of managing daily stress — it keeps me feeling young, strong, and full of energy.
I train both at home and in the gym. My exercise routine is flexible and can be done anywhere. I adapt it based on how I’m feeling and where I am, choosing different equipment or techniques to match my condition that day.
For me, working out should always bring joy. I believe in listening to your body and knowing when to say stop. On this page, I share my personal experience and thoughts — for those who are interested in training independently.
Of course, it's important to understand your own health and be cautious when trying something new. Whenever I try a new movement, I start slowly, without weights. If I feel even slight discomfort, I stop and look for a safer alternative.
This is my journey — shared with those who want to move mindfully and sustainably.
